I splurged and bought a NanaWall for my small, just very detailed, She Shed. The NanaWall is going to make my 100 square foot gem look a lot larger in the summertime when the door is open. It was installed pretty quickly, these guys accept done more than a few installations I would say. I would recommend them to install your NanaWall if information technology'due south in your future.

Happy outcome with a contempo residential renovation to install a 9'.6" Nanawall retractable/panoramic wall system. The door replaced a typical 5' sliding door between a family room & sun-room. The door was done with a 93" height (in a room w/8ft.ceilings) to maximize the connection between the rooms. This required a flush header to supervene upon the section of exterior wall. The homeowner'south and I had looked at MANY retractable/panoramic doors over a period of 3 years, initially feeling that the residential options were not really market ready, and the commercial option would be out of reach for a residential install. Even so, once we contacted Nanwall, we knew they offered the only choice nosotros'd seriously consider. They know their product, offered the options we were looking for, and a price that made the project possible for our clients. Nosotros worked with Joe Bennett at Nanawall'south location in Bristol, PA. He and the coiffure @ Nanawall were great, and very patient as nosotros did not desire to blitz into this project. The product is well designed, well constructed and the planning is thorough. We opted to install the the door ourselves, never having install this blazon of door system, but having forty years of design/build experience, and felling confident that nosotros had back-up through the crew at Nanawall. Nanawall certainly is designed to be used in commercial applications, only nothing well-nigh the system is out of identify in the home. Definitely should be considered (I know we will) for residential renovations. Great outcome, happy homeowners, happy contractor.

Reverse to a recent comment past another review Nanawall delays are just like whatever other during COVID. It'south been two months since nosotros ordered ours and only at present did we receive notice of delay and at that place's no ETA on when we will get our product. It'south inexcusable they waited until just 2 weeks earlier our scheduled delivery appointment to tell us of this. This will delay and add costs to our remodel project. Our beautiful Nanawall is the entry to our indoor pool in our new house. During the time of Covid, many things were very delayed. Nanawall delivered exactly when they said they would. The local contractors that provided installation were reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. The installers were wonderful. They fabricated sure everything was consummate and gave very good instruction. They were accessible for any farther questions. The Nanawall is beautiful and offers exactly what nosotros hoped. I had a iii-panel SL60 installed in my home in 2013 by a certified NanaWall installer, and enjoyed issue-free employ of it for over iii years. So in early 2017 I noticed pocket-sized sticking when opening and endmost the door. I assumed this was due to settling and probable simply needed to be adjusted, and given the specialized nature of NanaWall and the warranty, I reached out to their main service center. They put me in contact with the local service skilful and I scheduled an appointment to diagnose the issue, which carried a $150 price tag but to have a look. Now that the parts were on club I needed to become a quote for the work to replace the broken hinge. The local service practiced which NanaWall makes you use in order to keep the warranty in tact, even though it had proven useless up to this point, quoted me $1400 for the work!!! I could not believe it, this was as much as I had paid to take the whole system installed!!! I don't sympathize how NanaWall can charge such a premium for their products and not even cover a gross function failure like this, and then force you lot to utilise their authorized local service representatives to keep the warranty in place. What is the point of using an authorized service expert, who has no contest and can set up their rate, but to accept a basic function of the door fail and not cover information technology nether the warranty? I have loved the use of my NanaWall and all other parts of the construction have been fine, merely I am very disappointed with my contempo experiences with them in both warranty and price. Based on this I would not purchase another NanaWall or recommend information technology to a friend.

Looked around at many dissimilar doors and the Nanawall organization was the one I wanted due to the fact that the doors are floor supported, lines were clean and it was free energy efficient. I was willing to pay the slightly higher cost and longer wait times for the operation. My order did not go smooth equally my brokered contractor messed up the initial gild and poorly communicated with Nanawall that further extended the wait. Notwithstanding, as soon as Dan at Nanawall was involved communication was on bespeak and he saved a lot of frustration. I leave this at 4 stars as in that location was all the same a shipment fault, just for the most part, Nanawall came through. Excited to take the doors and hopefully the doors last a long time
